ASTARA, Sep. 16 (MNA) – A maritime search and rescue and oil spill response maneuver was held in the Astara waters, northwestern Iran, on Monday. The maneuver was jointly conducted by the Iranian Navy, Border Guards forces and Iran Red Crescent Society.
